Happy #WeddingWednesday!! Talking all things bridal party today, from dresses, to robes, to a big reveal… I will be covering it all! Picking out bridesmaids Robes and Dresses is a big decision! Besides your hubby and you, they will be pictured almost as much as you are! You want their robes and dresses to not only reflect your style, but theirs too! You want them not only to look gorgeous, but feel gorgeous as well! So a lot of thought will go into picking out what they will be wearing!

Picking out bridesmaids robes was quite the task for me! I wanted to find something different from the typical floral, or cotton and lace robes! Which let me tell you is not easy! I also wanted this to be a robe everyone liked, and could actually wear! I personally love getting ready in a robe! Its super comfortable, and makes it to where you won’t mess up your hair and makeup by taking off whatever else you were wearing! I also wanted them to be nice, since it was going to be my main gift to them on the day of the wedding!
After tons of searching, I found these adorable striped robes from Le Rose on Etsy! The material quality is amazing, way better than the price paid for them! I also loved that they came in a neutral stripe to go with the theme of my wedding! The girls loved them, and I even bought a striped one for myself. I had some major FOMO when I saw how adorable they were when they came in! Also, can we just take a moment to notice how stinking cute one of my maids of honors was with her pregnant belly in this robe! I loved it!
The Junior Bridesmaids and flower girl robes were also from the same brand! Which by the way, they are on major sale right now!! I wanted the Junior Bridesmaids robes color to be the exact color of the stripes on the big girls robes! Then of course a mini white robe for my little flower girl! Getting them all robes made them feel extra special and really apart of the big day!

Bridesmaids Dresses
So in total, I had 9 bridesmaids, 3 house party, 2 junior bridesmaids, and a little flower girl! Yes, it was a huge group, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way! All of the most important friends in my life stood by my side on my big day, and it was perfect.
So let’s get to talking bridesmaids dresses! I had pre searched a ton of bridesmaids dresses before going to shop! I knew I wanted neutral dresses, because of the theme I had chosen. Plus, I love neutrals, and knew I would never regret that as a color looking back. I also had a few pre-set dresses I wanted my girls to try on. So I went to Bella Bridesmaids, a bridesmaids shop that carries a ton of brands! So I could see them all on, plus more! Another great thing about picking out your bridesmaids dresses from Bella Bridesmaids is that they have locations all across the country! Most of my girls were from all over Texas, so they each had a location close by to try on and purchase their dress! Plus one of my bridesmaids was all the way in California, and she even got the chance to run into a Bella to get sized and try the dress on!
I was actually pretty open to two options, either all of them in one dress in the same color, or all of them in different dresses but the exact same brand, material, and color! After tons of looking, I was down to either all different dresses from the Hayley Paige Occasions line, or one single dress in the same color from Watters! Based on the pictures above, you know that I went with the Watters. It is the “Micah” Dress in color French Vanilla!
House Party Dresses
Different people have different opinions on if the house party should have a special dress, or the same dress as the bridesmaids! I definitely wanted them to have a special dress, but I didn’t want to break the bank! So I found this dress on Lulus in Navy to Match the color of the guys tuxes! I wanted them to really feel apart of the big day, because them being there for me was just as important as my bridesmaids! Lulus is great for finding house party dresses or even bridesmaids dresses on a budget! I looked there for my bridesmaids dresses initially, but they did not have the type of neutral I was looking for!
Junior Bridesmaids Dresses
My junior bridesmaids dresses were surprisingly not from Watters but from JJs House, and were almost identical to the big girls dresses! I ordered a color swatch to make sure the color was the same, which luckily it was! I highly recommend this website for Junior Bridesmaids dresses, they are super affordable, adorable, and great quality! Flower Girl Dress
I searched for months for a flower girl dress, I wanted something a little different from the typical big tulle dresses! I really wanted a mini version of my dress, but unfortunately at the time Hayley Paige was not making her Le Petite Hayley Paige line, which has an exact mini version of my dress… not bitter or anything. Although I have to say, I don’t know if I would have picked it over the one I ended up finding. It is from Renz Rags on Etsy and it was adorable! Here is a direct link to it! It had gorgeous layering, and the top layer had the prettiest embroidery!
Bridesmaids Reveal!
If you are up in the air about whether or not you want to do a bridesmaids reveal, I definitely say do it! I think they are so much fun, and the pictures turn out great! Personally, I did not show any of the girls my final dress, so that it was more of a shock the day of! Although they had a bit of an idea, because I showed them the striped version of this dress while initially looking at dresses! I think it would be a lot of fun to keep it a complete surprise until the day of too!
